On Friday 22nd November, Sycamore had the pleasure of acting out a day as a Victorian child. As soon as we arrived to school Mrs Block came out and checked all our hair for nits. Next, we lined up in height order and got sent to the classroom. After  we had a short play we all went into the hall to do PE, what Victorians call ‘drill’. As we were  running round the hall Oscar was playing the piano. In the afternoon, the girls were sewing in the classroom and the boys were doing wood work.
